She features an open and airy, completely renewed, interior and bath with standard household furnishings and new kitchen appliances. She’d fill the bill as a live aboard, weekender and Delta cruiser. With her low hour 2010 MPI Volvo Penta motor and DuoProp drive she should offer years of great service, performance and reasonable handling.

Her ease of boarding and open layout should afford a disabled person access to the interior as well as the fore and aft decks.

The huge (seriously, half court basketball or pickleball anyone?) upper deck is accessed via an aft staircase.

Her generator is not operational and is represented as-is. Price would be significantly higher should it be operational.

Board via large foredeck offering extremely easy access with a very low threshold that could be adapted for ADA accommodation. Deck is covered with very nice artificial turf and has a table and BBQ to port. Enter through a large sliding glass door to her bright, open and airy salon, with convertible sofas port and starboard, and an easy chair to port. Entertainment is on starboard with a large flat panel smart tv. Stepping aft, the household refrigerator is to starboard with her large galley and bar to port. Aft to port side head with new shower, vanity and sink. On starboard is a large storage area and utility sink and stateroom to port.

Head

Spacious head shows beautifully and is updated with new stall shower, marine toilet, vanity with sink, mirror and storage. Toilet flushes to a new 316 gallon holding tank that is currently configured for lake use with all waste water draining to it. For use in the Bay or Delta it can be legally reconfigured so the sinks and shower drain directly overboard, resulting in more black water capacity.
