Engines
Starboard Engine

April 2024 The starboard engine was re-powered with a new re-manufactured MerCrusier 7.4 MPI, 310 Hp long block from Michigan Motorz. All components stripped from the previous block were replaced, serviced or refurbished including heat exchanger, end caps, injectors, thermostat, belts etc,. The new engine has just been completed and is in it’s break-in period. I year warranty is transferable.

Port Engine

Near the end of 2021 the port engine re-powered with a new re-manufactured MerCrusier 7.4 MPI, 310 Hp long block from Michigan Motorz. All components stripped from the previous block were replaced, serviced or refurbished including heat exchanger, end caps, injectors, thermostat, belts etc,. The newly rebuilt engine has approximately 75 hours on it since installation.

Electronics
June 2020

New Simrad Electronics Package including: SIMRAD NSS12 evo3 + Halo20+ Radar bundle, Simrad RS40 marine VHF radio with DSC and AIS receiver and Digital VHF 6db 8′ Antenna.

Air Conditioning/Heating
Recently installed Dometic Marine air reverse cycle air conditioning and heating make “Joyful” a comfortable get-away regardless of the weather or time of year!

Bridge
Carver’s bridge seating is hard to beat. The forward seating comfortably seats 3 adults giving them the best view on the boat while underway. The helm has a separate captains chair positioned centerline for optimal visibility along side of a bench for two additional guests. The bridge enclosure has glass-like 60 mil Makrolon Polycarbonate which is both durable and crystal clear. The Bimini is covered with Herculite Weblon Marine fabric which is durable, easy to clean and mildew resistant and has the appearance of a hardtop.

The captain has great sight lines fore and aft and the instrumentation is neatly laid out.

Sundeck
One of the great advantages of aft cabin designs is the sundeck. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view the sundeck enclosure is also 60 mil Makrolon and features a center sliding window. There is wet bar and ice-maker. Both the bridge and sundeck have Infinity Luxury Woven floor covering that is comfortable, durable and easy to clean.

Cockpit
Aft Cabin Motor Yachts have many advantages. Two cabins separated by the galley and salon provide privacy and the aft cabin is full beam making it spacious and comfortable. But when you add the cockpit you now have easy boarding access via the swim step and transom gate, sliding patio style doors off the aft cabin, a staircase to the sundeck, room to fish or sit out for morning coffee and easy access to the dinghy. It’s no wonder this design is so popular and sets it aside from any other aft cabin design.

Davit System
DD600 Nautical Structures Davit/Crane makes launching the 11′ Walker Bay dinghy easy to launch from its ingeniously engineered removable cradle. As shown in the photos the dinghy rests on a cradle suspended above the swim platform and aft storage locker. With dinghy in the water the cradle is easily removed making the swim step and aft storage conveniently more accessible.

Bow Cushions
As shown in the photos the custom designed bow cushions are incredibly comfortable! Definitely a great place to catch some rays!

Stabilizers
“Flop Stopper” type stabilizers with out-riggers make for a comfortable weekend stay at the island.
