“Jaybird” is comfortable family cruiser with two cabins and two heads. Her galley is perfectly set up for weekend getaways with plenty of counter space, two-burner cooktop, microwave and standalone refrigerator and freezer. She is in turnkey condition and ready for summer weekends at Catalina!

Cabins
This is a two cabin boat each with sliding pocket doors for complete privacy. The owners cabin is forward and features generous port and starboard hanging lockers. There is both an ensuite head and an ensuite shower as well as entertainment center. Both portlights open and are screened as well as the main safety hatch providing plenty of ventilation.

The Guest/Kids cabin is located aft and includes an ensuite wet head with shower. There is an entertainment center and this cabin serves as both a lounge adjacent to the salon and private area for the kids to watch movies or play games.

Salon and Galley
The fore and aft cabins are separated by the salon and galley providing great privacy for sleeping.

The salon features a comfortable settee directly across from the drop down TV. The salon is light and airy and includes a skylight.

The galley has lots of counter space, a two-burner cooktop (with countertop cover), microwave (new in 2023), large sink (with countertop cover), and a stand alone refrigerator and freezer.

Floor Coverings
The salon and and cabins are carpeted that is in like-new condition and for very good reason. All carpeted ares have teak and black snap down Infinity floor covering also in like new condition.

The cockpit and helm areas also have like-new infinity carpet!

Cockpit and Helm
The Helm has great sight-lines and seating for 3 adults. The electronics are updated with two Chart-plotters, Radar, Bow Thruster, Mercury Smart Craft, Auto-pilot and Hydraulic Shifters, Throttles and Steering.

Both Helm and Cockpit upholstery are in like-new condition replaced in 2020.

The cockpit has generous seating and and table for dinning alfresco. There is a cockpit refrigerator and wet bar. The Helm and Cockpit are fully enclosed for those chilly nights and the isinglass is in excellent condition. There are Sunbrella covers for all Isinglass to protect it from the sun and weather.

A/C and Heat
The Owners Cabin and Salo/Guest Cabins each have air conditioning and heating and both systems were replaced in 2018.

Transom and Swim-step and Dinghy
The transom has a walk-through gate. The large integrated swim-step has swim-ladder and is equipped with a power davit system.

The dinghy is a 2017 10′ Achilles RIB with center console. She is powered by a 20 Hp Tohatsu Outboard Motor.
